THE FARMHOUSE:
This cozy 4 bedroom, 4 bath has just the right amount of space for everyone to be together, yet not be crowded.
The living room is open to the Kitchen/Dining for a perfect gathering spot for everyone.
The deck out back has a turbo twist enclosed slide for a fun journey from the deck to the ground below.
It also has party lights that you can customize the colors to your mood.
Off of the back deck is a screened porch for protection from the heat and sun.
There is a small glass garage door that open between the kitchen and screened porch for easy serving and conversation. There are two Masters. The 1st Master bedroom is downstairs and has a King bed and private full bathroom.
The 2nd Master is Upstairs and also has a King bed and private full bathroom.
The third bedroom has two queen beds,
and the fourth bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of queen over queen bunk beds
(For a total of 4 queens). The upstairs tv room has a sitting area and TV,
plus the convertible sofas make out into beds as well.
There is a large
full bath off the tv room that includes a washer and dryer.
There is another full bath downstairs near the kitchen.
All bedrooms have TV's as well as the Living Room, Loft, and Screened porch.
Our indoor fireplace can not be used in our rental due to insurance.
We DO have a large fire pit outside that you can use for fires and s’mores and all the good stuff!
THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:
Toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner, beach towels, and extra paper towels. (paper towels, paper plates or plastics cups if you choose).
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Pets over 20 lbs. must be approved by owner.
Weddings & Events require approval from the owners. To book a
WEDDING/EVENTS There is a 3 day minimum rental plus a $1000 minimum rental fee. All Events must be pre- approved.
