THE MODERN:
This Modern Cabin is 3400 heated square feet of river views and room for lots of fun!
It has 5 bedroom (4 Kings downstairs and a large bunk room upstairs),
5 baths (4 downstairs and 1 upstairs).
It features a glass flanked Dining Room and Eat in Kitchen.
The Kitchen has a 9ft island with bar stools and all modern appliances, we have even added two ovens, two microwaves, and two crockpots to make cooking for a crowd even easier!
There is a gas grill on the upper deck also.
There is a game room with a sitting area, a game table and a professional series ping pong table that is also overlooking the gorgeous river!
The double decker decks are twice the fun!
The upper deck is 1000 sqft, featuring a gas grill, outdoor table and seating and views of the river like no other!
The lower game deck is 1300 sqft of space for playing and lounging, There are some outdoor games, built-in seating, Table and chairs, and a bar top parallel to the river with barstools for taking in the scenery while having a bite or a nice cold drink!.
The fire pit is nice all year round and is also on the banks of the river.
Under the cabin you will find 5 parking spots on a concrete carport.
THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING: Toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner, beach towels, and extra paper towels. (paper towels, paper plates or plastics cups if you choose).
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Pets over 20 lbs. must be approved by owner.
Weddings & Events require approval from the owners. To book a Wedding/Event there is a 3 day minimum rental plus a $1000 minimum rental fee.
